MATERIA MEDICA & HOMOEOPATHIC THERAPEUTICS
The department conducts Theoretical, Clinical and Tutorial classes both in Undergraduate and Post Graduate level. The department participates in weekly seminars, clinical and group discussions, workshops organized in the Institution. Two new teachers joined the department in the rank of lecturer.14th Batch PGTs have successfully completed their Part-I examination. All nine seats are filled in Materia Medica Department of 16th batch PGTs. The students are taught to be self-relianced under the constant guidance of teachers.
The department organized different lecture programmes, discussions & seminars in which the PG students and the faculty members participated and had discussions.
Almost all the PGTs of this department who have completed their M.D.(Hom.) from NIH, Kolkata are well settled in different positions in the Government jobs either in State Govt. or in Central Govt.
The departmental teachers contributed literary works, delivered lectures as Resource person for different CME programmes conducted by CCRH.
Two department teachers awarded with WHO Fellowship.
Two teacher attended CME programme conducted by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India for Research Methodology.
